- Servicing all brands of copiers, printers, fax, and plotters
- Warehousing all major parts for the machines we sell
- Possessing direct access to technical support via the manufacturers
Supplies
Service Plus carries supplies for all brands of copiers, fax, and printers, and will match any local vendor’s price.
ImageWare Remote
This software offered by Canon USA allows us a comprehensive look at your machine before our technician arrives onsite. This software is a customer favorite for several reasons:
- Sends us notification of the machine’s toner request or service directly to our service dispatch system.
- Able to arrive on-site with correct parts
- Enables us to see history of problems
- Enables us to see your copy counter without us calling to get your meters
Warranty Center
Service Plus is an Authorized Warranty center for Canon and Okidata for the North Florida Area.
Preventative Maintenance
As a customer with a maintenance agreement, we examine and provide preventative maintenance on your machines to ensure they are functioning properly. This way our technicians are able to catch malfunctions before they occur.
Networking
We perform and install networking of the machines we sell, in addition to alleviating network troubleshooting after the sale.
Leasing
There are several lease options we are able to provide for your company. Please call us for details.
In Shop Repairs
We offer drop off in-shop repairs with a minimal diagnostic fee, which is then applied to the cost of the repair.
Moving Machines
Service Plus can disassemble, transport, and reassemble your machines during your move. Please call for details.

This complimentary service offers a cost per copy analysis of your current machines, as well as a comparative analysis with the machines we sell
