About Service Plus

Our History

In 1988, John Davis was a service technician for a large Canon Minolta A.B. Dick dealer. In 1998, John opened his own business, Service Plus Office Machines, and ran the company from his home, using his garage to rebuild machines. He started selling off-lease machines with monthly maintenance contracts, including toner, parts and labor.

John was so successful at doing this that his customer base and monthly maintenance contracts grew rapidly. In 2004, he became a Canon dealer and by 2007, he had eleven employees and purchased a new home for Service Plus at 500 Capital Circle, SE. Today, the company has customers that have purchased their 4th generation machine from Service Plus. The company continues to add new customers on a weekly basis.

What We Do:

We are a full service retailer of Canon Copiers. However, we provide service and supplies for all brands. Initially we offer a complimentary assessment of your office machine that provides an exhaustive look at your current copier(s) and printer(s) including:

Paper usage
Power consumption
Toner expenses
Parts and labor requirements
And many more factors!

This allows us to show you just how much you will benefit by switching to Canon’s product line of Energy Star compliant copy machines. One main advantage of purchasing a brand new copier from Canon are that they can be set up on Extended Maintenance and Supplies (EMS) agreements that cover everything including parts, service labor expenses, toner, initial set-up, and more! When Are We Available:

Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. We offer service requests the option of appointments for the first thing in the morning to ensure that your business will run efficiently for the rest of the day. For your convenience, Service Plus also offers after-hours emergency office machine repair for those times you can’t afford to wait.
